Talents, skills or abilities are nothing if not used for God’s glory. We are given gifts by God for the purpose of using them in the ministry. This is how we lay up treasures in heaven “where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break nor to steal” Matt. 6:20
Fame on earth will fade but honor given by God is forever. Money can buy many things but not true joy, love and peace for these can only be found in God and you can receive it from Him. You can get knowledge from schools, but you can only get wisdom from God. The more you serve God, the more you get closer to Him and the more you get wiser.
